Tandem Flights ...
Let us take you flying with a certified instructor in the Pemberton sky! Weather permitting, the flight can last between 10 to 25 minutes. Views of endless glaciers, green mountain meadows, and the verdent Pemberton Valley where you will lightly touchdown having entered the new world of footlaunched flight.
Anybody can fly ...from 8 to 108 years old!!
The spectacular view of the Pemberton Valley welcomes you to fly like a bird. If lucky, we might even fly with bald eagles or vultures!
Our price is 180 $CAN tax includedSorry, but no group discount available. We also are not equipped to take Credit card.
Custom heliparagliding and extended crosscountry flights may be available depending on weather and availability.
How things work:
Unfortunately, we do not provide a pick up from Whistler.
We usually meet in Pemberton OLD Community Center, which is where we land and where you leave your vehicle.
It is where the yellow school buses are all parked around 2km pass Pemberton on your left, direction Pemberton Meadows.
We transport you to launch on a scenic 4x4 ride up (it takes
around 20 minutes). We show you the equipment and fit you in the
harness and helmet once we arrive at launch. We take off our tandem
paraglider with one passenger only per pilot and we land you back at
the Pemberton Community Center. We are 100% wind and weather dependent. We like to start in the morning around 10am depending on bookings.
We are more sure to fly in the morning, less sure about the afternoons (valley winds).
That is why we always reconfirm bookings the previous day or the same morning.
The whole tour takes around 1h30 (to be large).
The passenger cannot be over 220 pounds and need to be fit enough to
run. You need some good hiking shoes, windproof jacket, sunglasses and
don't forget your camera (with a safety strap so you don't loose
it while flying)!
